•Applied various Drilling Fluids systems including: VERSACLEAN, NOVATEC, RHELIANT M, RHELIANT Plus M, RDF, PHPA, Pad mud, KCL/ Polymer, ULTRADRIL. All type of brine as a completion fluids. Completion jobs was introduced: Water injection with ESS screens, Gravel pack jobs for production wells.
•Problems experienced: Hole cleaning issues, wellbore instability, well control, small gap between pore pressure and fracture gradient, ECD, down hole losses, heavy contamination, logistics.
•Be responsible for the safe handling, safe loading and unloading of products and Equipments, safe stacking and handling of chemicals at the Well Location to ensure correct procedures are followed by rig crew to avoid damage to Product
