Good experience in project management of medium size to large projects in EPC project execution as well as PMC environment. Having capability to prepare project execution plan, project planning and procedures. Having capability to understand financial and technical aspects of projects. Having sufficient knowledge and experience from all disciplines in order to understand the content of project deliverables and coordinate project activities between disciplines in due course. Having leadership, communication and presentation skills.
My Project Management expertise includes lump sum and cost reimbursable contracts with further experience in EPC project management and engineering with emphasize on planning, scheduling, project control, quality assurance and control, risk management, change management, design, procurement, construction, and project close-out.
Extensive experience in Feasibility Study, basic design, FEED and detailed engineering within the Oil, and Gas and Petrochemical industries.
Particular experience in preparing tender documents, claim report, cost estimating for major EPC projects and preparing EPC proposals at tender stage and managing and executing all aspects of estimating activities. Having capability to understand all discipline estimates, price information from suppliers and sub-contractors.
