Led design and implementation of CZFP document control policies and procedures for over 20 projects ($5M to $5Bn). As many were staged, developed clear and reasonable stage gates to allow information to be processed correctly and within deadlines. Actively participated in Process Review Team Meetings and decision making activities to improve services and processes for document management and deliverables and IM practices. Followed ARAMCO standard guidelines.

ALCAN – Brisbane, QLD - Jan 2003 - Oct 2007
Led a team of 15 in the implementation, standardisation and management of the G3 project document control processes, procedures and specifications, identifying innovative methods to improve processes. Distributed all official documentation between the Project and stakeholder organisations; ensured Contractor compliance with electronic document management procedures; and maintained accurate record keeping, including document numbering, conversion, transmittal and formatting.
