3.8 Year experience in ERICSSON INDIA GLOBAL SERVICE PVT LTD as a Engineer 2ND Level assurance . Currently working with Zain-IRAQ Project.
Project Details:
Handling Bharati Airtel Network,IDEA Mumbai network and Vietnam Mobile Network,Zain Iraq NW ,Supporting at Back end to resolve network related issue,KPI issue, O&M and Project activities,and daily maintaince activity, Also taking care of RNC related fault .Having good knowledge of NWIE and Lan Switch.
To troubleshoot and rectify real time network related fault in BSC,RNC,NWIE and Lanswitch.Good hand in UPGRADE related issue of APG and CP
ROLE AND RESPONCIBILITY
• Health check of all RAN nodes- Provide second level fault rectifications and escalations to SLS team for further resolution.
• Preventive measures. Monitoring of RAN nodes during working hours
• Working on trouble ticket raised by first level and rectify fault.
• Creation of C7 signaling links with corresponding nodes, signaling route creation, traffic route creation, defining new SP codes.
• Additions of new Interfaces connectivity as per requirement (A/A-ter/Intermsc’s) Interfaces.
• KPI DEGRADE CASES ANALYSIS
• APG/CP EMERGENCIES HANDLING
• ACCEPTANCE TEST OF OF BSC,NWIE AND LANSWITCH
• Detection of faulty Medias and rectification for the same which includes follow-ups with other departments.
• Working on Ericsson WIN FIOL tool.
• TSG Customers Complaint resolutions related to Switching & Connectivity.
• Handy in MS-WORD, MS-EXCEL, TEXT PAD, POWER POINT
• Co-ordination with Planning and Project team on daily basis
• Experience in CR/TT/WO as per Ericsson process. Handling WO and TT of my Group in ER.
• Co-ordination with SLS and PLM for upper level support and getting the job done within SLA
• Maintaining healthy relationships with juniors, colleagues and client.
• Raising the CRs (Change request) for Planned & Preventive activities in Field & Resolving the same with proper Solution using ER application.
• Coordinating with Project, field team and vendor regarding Site Integration, BTS expansion. Preparing Reports and maintaining the database for the same.
• Preparing & maintaining the MIN (Major Incidence) Reports & circulating the same to customers.

? Graduation: Completed Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Tele-communication Engineering at University College of Engineering, Burla (UNITARY UNIVERSITY) in the year 2009
? Intermediate: Passed CHSE Board, Orissa from Dhenkanal autonomous College, Dhenkanal in the year 2001
? HSC: Passed in First Class from Sanda High School, Dhenkanal in the year 1999 from BSE board.
