Conversant with P&IDs, Cause and Effect Charts, functional logic diagrams, loop diagrams, I/O wiring diagrams, lay out diagrams, hook up drawings, cable schedule, data sheets and specification sheets.
Comprehensive knowledge about custody flow meters and control valves including selection and sizing.
Ample knowledge in various National and International Oil & Gas industry codes & standards.
Provide instrumentation assistance for technical operations problems.
Implement the modifications in the systems as per HAZOP study or technical requirements and update the relevant documents accordingly.
Spare procurement in consultation with contracts manager, technical bid evaluation, inspection & acceptance of the same after arrival at the stores according to acceptance criteria.
Laboratory/Site Calibration and validation of various flow products according to National/International standards.
Assist detailed engineering for CNG 250, 50 Bar & PVTt Laboratories for instrument selection by the preparation of instrument specification & data sheets.
Review and update loop diagrams, instrument lay out diagrams, cable routing drawings, logic diagrams.
Installation of field instruments according to hook up drawings; maintenance & calibration of the same.
