General technical skills include multi discipline skills, understanding of workflow between all engineering disciplines and their deliverables, Constructability review, Maintainability review & Value Engineering. Special technical skills in Mechanical and Piping Engineering include Plant Piping Design, stress analysis, Fire protection system design, piping material specification and selection, purchasing and vendor interactions. Practical and on-site skills include plant mechanical construction, Installation, test and commissioning.
