Support shift engineer IT/Delivery group with 24 hour shifts:
Management in automation and manual handling to loading and transport on the production line, equipment robot Fanuc M + H, AGV robots, conveyors Hirata and their interaction - Control setting and troubleschooting equipment - Alarm management - Management buffers on the system central transport and transfer in relation to throughput, process parameters of the equipment in/out.
Implementation of the blowers also input to the CVD process to reduce dust and contamination of the panels due to the permanence in the production line. It has achieved a reduction of <100 scraps/month for a savings of about € 30,000/year only through a change in software. Tip approved and awarded cat. Gold.
