General Manager – NorthLab Pte Ltd, Singapore (2009 – Present)

NorthLab is a well established Calibration and Testing company that also provides its customers with rental services for test and measurement equipment, mainly in the oil and gas, marine, aeronautical and pharmaceutical industries. The company has more than 50 staff working in Singapore and has branches in Malaysia, India and Indonesia. I have the overall responsibility for all the operations of the company, reporting only to the Board of Directors.

I also personally hold the portfolio of Quality Manager for the company and its branches in Malaysia and in this capacity I have been responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System that has been accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by SAC (Singapore) and SAMM (Malaysia) and certified to ISO 9001:2008, API SpecQ1 and ISO TS 29001 by the American Petroleum Institute (API).

I have also been personally involved in all aspects of the management of the company and have experience with the operation of all departments of the company like HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technical, Logistics, Purchasing, etc.
