Commissioning Engineer E & I

Mr Uche is a competent multi-skilled E & I professional. He was trained as an apprentice during 1996 thru 1998 in industrial Systems & Electronics, He mastered Electronic Drafting, design and repairs, factory automation and control, Electrical Drafting and load scheduling, Installation layout and site measurement, Instrument installation and maintenance, CCTV installation.

He worked part-time through college in Oil & Gas field development projects, Fuel filling stations, industrial controls. He invented arc weld current control using DTMF transmit/control technique (unpatented), and the computer control garri processing machine in Imo State Nigeria.

Mr Uche is experienced in manufacturing processes such as Food & Beverage DANSA FOODS LTD & CHIVITA (CHI LTD- TGI), Cement production DANGOTE GROUP APAPA, and plastic Injection & molding (MOWA BOTTLING- DANSA).

He gained experience in ROMSON Oilfield Services as Technical Assistant Manager, in the logistics of Drilling spares and order tracking.

He successfully installed and commissioned a large scale mineral cold storage plant, and an 8-storeyed SMB Automatic storage and retrieval system, for CHIVITA(CHI ltd)and for DANSA FOODS new MOWA Bottling line. He physical completed all electrical wiring, instrument installation, testing and commissioning of these plants.

In the last three years, his career shifted fully to the Oil and gas sector; he has worked in 2 TOTAL projects and 1 MOBIL project in the commissioning for E&I disciplines initially, and finally supervising commissioning in piping.

He manages effectively the commissioning database and management systems such as ICAPS and EMPegasus.
