Electrical Quality Engineer

• Project Quality Management.

• Quality Assurance & Quality Control activity.
• Preparation & review of Project Quality Plan (PQP)/Quality Control Plan (QCP & MQP)/Base Line ITPs/Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)/ Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
• Knowledge of Inspection and Testing of Electrical equipment upto 765kV Class.
• Supplier Audit & their Assessment/supplier Development.
• Field Audits for in compliance with the design, technical specification & quality requirement.
• Contractor Audits at project site in compliance with the technical specification & owners quality requirements.
• Site Store audit for storage & preservation of good in compliance with owner storage & preservation manual.
• Technical support to Vendor & site field quality.
• Implementation of Quality requirement at manufacturing & Project Site.
• Handling different packages of Power Plant like Switch yard, BOP & BTG.
• Coordination with supplier, Internal & External customer for implementation of owners Quality Assurance requirement.
• Coordination with Third party inspection agencies (TPIA) for day to day inspections, Technical support, closure of findings, Non conformity (NCR) & its closure and Root Cause Analysis.
• Review of Raw material test report/Internal test reports/In process test report/Final Test results of equipment.
• Review/Approval of QA documents.
• Working knowledge of all class of voltage level (i.e. LV/MV & HV).
• Review of Technical Bid & Technical specification and prepare quality requirement accordingly.
• Internal Audits in compliance with ISO 9001:2008.
• Worked for different offshore project.
