Job Profile:
• Works as a Process Engineer.
• Control Plant operation and assign process parameters according to production in DCS system.
• Report routine checks performed as per the plant standards by Plant Operators to plant manager.
• Check allocation of duty shifts to Plant Operators and Casual Laborers.
• Give instruction to plant operators for daily checking and observations of plant utilities and other equipment’s.
• Give instruction to plant operators in Startup and Shutdown of various plants.
• Make daily production and inventory reports.
• Immediate action against unexpected abnormalities.
• Thorough in various aspects of Fire and Safety procedures and equipment’s.
• Assist and Guide In plant Trainees.
• Participated in the plant annual maintenance.
