•Responsible for the planning, commissioning of Instrumentation systems for Petrochemical, Oil & Gas refinery.
•Interface activity with telecom and electrical department.
•Reviews of P&ID, Instrument index, Layout drawings, Instrument Hook-up drawing and installation details, documentation and instrumentation drawing reviews, location drawings, MTO's (Material Take-offs).
•Manage field installation for instruments installed in field, panels at control rooms & sub-station, Troubleshooting, On-line installation, Maintenance of field instrument, Interpretation of P&ID, reviewing single line diagrams, Schematic diagrams, Equipment and Mechanical drawings, Layout drawings, Vendor documents.
•Preparing reports for Instrumentation & Control installation on field and control room.
•Responsible for technical functions including design of temporary construction facilities, interfacing with Design Engineering, work planning, and materials Management, Inspection and acceptance of completed work.
•Assist Quality Assurance Department in implementation of projects Construction Quality Control requirements including inspection and testing of in-process and completed installations.
•Make as built drawings and documents.
