1. Comply with safety rules and regulations. Promote safety and ensure that his staff are
using proper safe practice.
2. Comply with SWCC rules and regulations.
3. Handle related administrative matters for crew, report on the performance and fill out
evaluation forms.
4. Receive work order requests for repair or routine maintenance works of electrical
equipments and distribute assignments among his crew. Report work progress to the
supervisor.
5. Determines the importance , size and priorities of work and receive work permits.
6. Assist in reviewing spare parts status and further requirements.
7. Supervise and follow up the inspection and repairing work for the different electrical
equipments.
8. Provide Technical support for the electrical technician to complete the work.
9. Preparing and assisting technical specification for external services.
10. Assist the Engineer for following up the matching of works done by contractor with
technical specifications.
11. Supervise the Testing and Inspection for Electrical Equipments as per OEM instructions.
12. Assist in the training of new personnel in his area.
13. Cooperate with the supervisor to perform his duties.
14. Supervising and assisting in attending daily activities.
15. Preparation vacation schedule, evaluations, etc. for the crew.
16. Response at least for 20 technicians.
