I have worked as a Manager and supervisor in the multi-discipline services sector for the last 8 years, and have over 20 years experience in the Scaffolding Industry.

Saipem – August 2013 to present:
• Scaffold Superintendent on a new build LNG plant, Arzew, Algeria
• Duties include daily coordination between all departments including construction to meet all scaffolding demands.
• Control all stock and maintain all reports for senior management.
• Responsible for maintaining and ordering all scaffold material and equipment, collating inspection reports and coordination with client to interpret contractual, manning and crew change.

Cape PLC Dec 2011 – July 2013
• Access Manager on new build LNG plant, Arzew, Algeria
• Managing a multicultural workforce of 130 scaffolders
• Working to mentor employees, to improve standards of work and compliance with safe working practices, through on-site training and monitoring.
• Attending client meetings to discuss any potential scaffolding works and provide scoping requirements for a varied range of trades.

• Project Manager (Promoted) Aug 2008 – Sept 2011
• Moneypoint FGD installation
• Managing a multi-discipline team of 90 employees, providing access and insulation on the project.
• Tendering works, procuring materials, planning and scheduling works, preparing monthly payment applications.
• Preparing and completing risk assessments and method statements.
• Liaising with client on project planning and attending meetings.



Scaffolding Supervisor, Feb 2006 – Aug 2008
• ERP Upgrade, Moneypoint Power Station, County Clare, Ireland
• Scaffolding supervisor for a peak workforce of 70 scaffolders
• Responsible for work scoping, pricing and work allocation
• Tool box talks, workforce compliance with safe working practices SG4:10, scaffold inspections and site safety audits.
