Job Profile:
•Reporting to the Engagement Partner and Manager. The primary job responsibilities included Financial Reporting under various Indian statues and reporting to Management or any committee of the Board of Directors. These were achieved by developing and finalizing Audit strategies and approaches in consultation with the Engagement Partner, understanding the Internal Control Framework, work scheduling and staffing, communicating and documenting audit plans to the team members. Developing audit programs wherever required, executing and reviewing engagements.
•Communicating with various statutory Government agencies, external agencies, client’s management and the audit team members were an integral part of the job responsibility.
• Reporting, preparation and presentation of financial statements along with the Auditors report and notes on accounts in accordance with requirements of the Indian Companies Act.
• Preparation of Tax Audit Reports and Computation of Income Tax in accordance with the requirements of the Indian Income Tax Act.
•Accounting of MNC companies till Balance sheet preparation on a SAP & Oracle based accounting Software
•Closing and Finalization of Books of Account

•Chartered Accountant Final (Group I & II) -First attempt in November 2008 (ICAI, India -2004 to 2008)- Secured 51.1%
•CA PE II July 2006 – Secured 50%
•CA PE I July 2004- Secured 51% First attempt
• Master of Commerce 2008 (Gujarat University -2006 to 2008) –Secured 54%
• Bachelor of Commerce 2006 (Gujarat University)-2003 to 2006)- Secured 61.77%
