I am working R&D Centre handling of different works are related to quality maintenance/ calibrations, data processing, reporting like 1. Smoking Machine analysis by SM450 (Cerulean) 20 port channels with PLC Module. We can smoke at time 20cigarettes in SM450. Smoke will done by using Holders, Cambridge filters (44mm)pads. Results like TPM(total particulate matter) is just First weight and smoke after weight by weighing, Puff Nos (nos), Carbon Monoxide (mg/cig.). After finishing smoke further analysis done by using GC1000 (CHEMITO) analysis results out like Nicotine (mg/cig) , Water (mg/cig).
