Experience in Modern Process Control Instrumentation of Refinery, Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Industries at various positions in India and Middle East. Involved in, Possess skill to carry out maintenance on field Instrument including Smart Field Instrumentation i.e., Foundation Fieldbus and HART Instrumentation. Gained very good experience in Routine Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective as well as Shutdown Maintenance in different facilities. Aware of permit to work, Standard Maintenance Procedure, Safety procedure required to carry out safe and smooth job in Industries. Worked in different type of activities related to Commissioning, Pre-commissioning, Overhauling Loop checking, Repair, Calibration, fault finding, trouble shooting, start up and Maintenance of varies kinds of Electronics, Pneumatic Instruments. During job I have got very good command on Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level, Compressor Instruments, Field Instrumentation and DCS Honeywell TDC 3000, Vibration monitoring system Bentley Nevada(3300/3500) and PLC(Allen Bradley PLC-5, Siemens S-7) related control system.
