Instrumentation:
 Installation of the In-Line on-line instrument like pressure, Level, Temperature and flow instrument etc. Using the instrument index and checking with P&ID.
 Using hook-up drawings taking the scope of material for material requisitions for tubing and piping and its accessories.
 Installation of instrument using instrument layouts and location plant with respect to Hazardous area classification drawing.
 Laying of IS/Non IS cable as per the cable schedule.
 Termination of cable as per interconnection drawing.
 Installation of cable tray as per specification and as per site condition from instrument to JB.
 Installation of Field junction JBs and fabrication work as required at sit.
 Interaction with project group for site problem and following the contractors for timely complication of Job.
Telecom
 Installation of Access control system (ACS). PAGA (public address and General Alarm) & Data Network system (DNS).
 Installation of cable tray as per specification and speaker, Beacon, sounders and JB’s.
 Installation of CCTV in and around the plant for various applications.
 CCTV, ACS, DNS, PAGA panels (Rack) installation, erection and commissioning to meet the requirement.
Fire and Gas
 Installation of metsec channel, Detectors, Alarm, Panels (fire, fire separation etc)
 Hand switch (manual call point), ESD, FSD installation with respect to specification.

 Installation, Analyzer, PLC, DCS, UPS, Catholic Protection, FT, PT, TT, LT, thermocouple,
Supports,JBs,Impules tube,Tray,control valve, solenoid valve,and all types of Instruments, And

Fully responsibilities Control Room and IES building InsInstruments.
 Knowledge & used of International Standards – ISO, ISA, AGA, API, OIML, BS etc.
 Model approval of flow meters as per OIML standards.
 Custody transfer flow measurements.
 Inspection for various Instruments at field and auditing.
 Quality and Traceability.
 Use of SCADA,DCS, PLC of Yokogawa for various application.
 Designing DCS, PLC, SCADA, I/O lists
 Implementing DCS, PLC programming and SCADA system development
 Designing & commissioning of protection systems (Fire, Fire & Gas)
