Supporting the drilling and completion activities on drilling rig site and in Drilling office, implementing the drilling and completion campaign in a safe, efficient, and cost effective manner assisting the drilling supervisors (company-man) on daily drilling operations. Helping to assemble the BHA, and keeping inventory all drilling equipment and materials including the chemicals to be used for mud system, Arranging and controlling the delivery of tools and equipment required for implementing the Company’s drilling and completion campaign and supplies to the Drilling site in line with requirements for Drilling technologies. Orders of re stocking items coordinating the maintenance of rig, controlling carry out the duties in compliance with occupational, safety and health regulations, safety code, industrial sanitation, and fire protection rules. Carrying out weekly safety meetings with local crew and documents minutes of meeting, Leadership and teamwork skills which support team based organization, Preparing documentation and providing its approval by regulatory authorities. Assisting Management with the manpower and resources of the rig to achieve optimum performance so as to ensure the well program is carried out in a safe, efficient, and productive manner
