- Responsible for over-all direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control & completion of specific projects including Horizontal Directional Drilling activities.
- Define and develop full-scale project plans, scopes, deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with higher management and implements changes and revisions as appropriate to achieve project output and to meet needs and requirements.
