20 years of experience in project execution, mainly in fabrication and Erection of structures, piping and pipe support work in construction of oil refinery, petrochemical, Power & steel sector as well as in Shut Down work also as a Team Leader.

Basically I am a Mechanical engineer Diploma & have 20 yrs. of wide experience in construction field, mainly in fabrication, Erection of structures; piping and pipe support work in CONSTRUCTION of oil refinery, petrochemical, Power & steel projects as well as SHUT DOWN projects as a TEAM LEADER.
Pre-commissioning activities during new process plant startup & after SHUT DOWN.
„« Monitoring and controlling of all departmental activities.

„« Ensure that all activities are to be carried out as per quality and safety norms and project specification- standard like ANSI/ASTM and IS STANDARD.

„« Daily follow ¡Vup and meeting with contractors to achieve monthly target qty and minimize their constrain for timely project completion.
„« Review of weekly & monthly plan v/s achieved qty. and take required corrective action.
„« Monthly review of Contractor¡¦s work order qty. and amendments- Checking of work qty.with Material reconciliation and submission up to accounts dept.
„« Fabrication Cost analysis & control for special and routine job
„« Monthly Material reconciliation to achieve the objective of material wastage percentage.
„« Making of heavy lifting scheme and ensure that all equipment¡¦s like cranes, hydra, gantry cranes & welding tools /tackles are in good condition by coordination with P&M in- charge
„« Train and mentor engineers and technicians
„« Write and verify S.O.P. for Department and HSE.
