AASA Group LLC General Manager
Responsibilities include:
 Oversee all company’s business activities encompassing all day-to-day management, operational control, financial management, sales/ marketing and collections and always ensuring such activities are in strict compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and company’s policy.
 Create exhaustive corporate governance system for the company by introducing the appropriate policies, business strategies, mission statement, action plans and process manuals.
 Represent wise and prudent rationalization and provide leadership and visionary approach to the company and always seek to support the company personnel by all means to achieve the set objective either short or mid or long ones.
 Make profound business assessment, identify inherent risk and propose the best mitigants and adjust any loose ends in the existing process or strategy.
 Conduct all financial reviews and demonstrate the most appropriate cost efficiency in all business functions and issue the reporting on weekly / monthly basis as the case may be.
 Develop strategic plan to advance AASA Group’s objectives and to promote revenue and profitability within UAE market or any potential expansion.
 Identify any potential business tie-ups, joint ventures, mergers or acquisition to strengthen the asset wallet of AASA Group.
 Evaluate performance of employees and executive for compliance with the best practices, policies, regulations to achieve the set targets and objectives.
 Ensure all financial and non financial reporting requirements are met on timely and regular basis.
