To manage / coordinate all discipline maintenance activities within the Marmul site to ensure that all works are completed on time and within budget. Leading a team of over 100 personnel in the smooth running of the maintenance division on Marmul Site, Harweel Site, Maintenance Workshop and supply of personnel to PDO operations.
Personnel include but are not limited to: Engineers, Supervisors, Maintenance Planners, and Work Preparers & Technicians of all levels.
Key challenges in this position are the full optimization of available resources at all times and to keep the team fully motivated in a high performance environment.

Nov 1996 – Aug 2003 Condition Monitoring Supervisor (South Oman)
Supervision of multi-national crew for condition monitoring of varied rotating equipment over PDO’s oil fields across the South of Oman (Bahja, NIMR & Marmul). The rotating equipment in this area was of modern build with almost all critical machines being motor driven with advanced monitoring systems.
