Overall 22 years of welding / painting / pipeline / piping inspection experience in the fields of oil & gas, petrochemicals & refinery piping networks, cross country pipeline projects, storage tanks, silos, pressure vessels off/ onshore, structural steel and heavy fabrication, erection, installation, construction, hydro testing and commissioning in India, Oman, Malaysia & UAE. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly quality management reports and other documentation and ensure method statements and ITP in accordance with the project specification procedure (QA/QC Depart.) Reviewed and witnessed PQR, WPS, PQT, WQT, ITP, QCP and NDT methods with Radiographic film interpretation, Engineering drawings and incoming project materials inspection, destructive examination, stage inspection, weld repair control, PWHT, Hardness test , HDD, Hot tapping, Hydro / pneumatic testing, Health & safety. Well conversant with codes & standards of ASME, ASTM, API, AWS, ANSI, BS EN, ISO 9001:2008 (QMS) and exposure in various welding processes.



Knowledge in painting/ coating inspection such as weather conditions, Abrasive blast cleaning method and grade achieved, surface cleaniness method preparation & surface profile achieved, internal/external coating activities with safety at sites. Ensure MDS as per project paints requirements and preparation, cure safety awareness training and qualified, pre & post application procedures / plans and material like HSS, 3LPE, FJC, insulation etc. Review and verifying IMTE items, MTC, procedure’s, MS/ITP and check like weather, temperature, blasting, surface profile, WFT/DFT in structural, tanks, pipeline AGI piping. Quality testing like Salt test, Peel test, Holiday / Pinhole detection, corrosion survey and analysis and applicable maintenance of pipeline, and repair of coating faults and Cathodic protection in pipeline construction and hydro testing activities. Knowledge and monitoring with international codes, standards and specifications (ISO, NACE, SSPC & BS)
