Installation, Trials & Commissioning of Equipments
 Hands on Experience on Installation, Trials & Commissioning process of Marine Propulsion Engines board Various Naval Ships during the service tenure
 Installation, Trials & Commissioning of Diesel Alternators/Engines, HVAC, Hydraulics, Pumps and Compressors on board naval ships.
 Conduct various trials post installation (viz. Basin trials, Harbour acceptance trials, Sea acceptance trials, Full Power trials, Engine Health Monitoring & Vibration trials etc.)

Operations & Maintenance
 Adheres to smooth Operation strategy of all Main & Auxiliary machinery equipments.
 Planning & effecting preventive maintenance of Main Diesel Engines, Diesel Alternators/generators, Pumps, Compressors, HVAC, Refrigeration Plants, PLC based equipments, Hot Water Element machineries & other plant utilities to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
 Implementation of Condition Based Predictive Maintenance by using Vibration Monitoring, Noise Analysis & Shock Pulse method.
 Undertaking failure & breakdown analysis of machinery equipments and other utilities
 Responsible for maintenance of facilities of various civil structures and warships systems.
 Handling operation and maintenance of Power Generation/distribution systems and fire fighting equipments.
 Liaison with civil contractors/suppliers/traders for various jobs.
 Conduct Pre & Post refit trials of Engines & Auxiliary machineries to assess the condition by performance change.
 Spare parts Planning and Inventory Control by using Integrated Ship Management Logistic Management.
 Preservation/ De-preservation and Inspection of machinery equipments as and when required basis.
