Mechanical Engineer with BGAS grade 2

Seeking a position as QA/QC Mechanical Engineer/Painting inspector in a company where my acquired knowledge can be utilized at optimum level and I can make meaningful contribution and grow professionally.

Worked as Painting Inspector in Jith Technologies Inc., a fast growing company in India carved a niche of excellent quality and dedicated service in the hearts of its valued customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement and maintain the quality system on painting/coating application.
• Check/record all environmental conditions and witnessing surface preparation activities.
• Report all surface defects to the concerned at the preparation stage, intermediate coat and final finish.
• Regular onsite inspections and prepare QC records including weather records and preparing final inspection reports.
• Ensure that all the relevant inspection activities are executed in accordance with relevant quality plan.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all inspection equipments and arranging for calibration in regular intervals.
• Witness/Check surface preparations, Environmental conditions, WFT, DFT and Holiday / pinhole detection etc.
• Inspection analysis assessments and approving the painting/coating system.
• Conduct site Verification, investigation and identification of all the painting defects, and to suggest possible / required solutions to repair the particular item rejected during testing.
• Prepare daily reports and submit the same to the concerned.
