Sawary Trading and Contracting Company Limited is the distributor in Saudi Arabia for Kohler Power Systems, MTU-onsite energy and ABC diesel Engines. Supply, installation, Operation and Maintenance of power projects and rental services on constructions and Industrial projects.
Primary Function:
*To give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organization's philosophy,
mission, Strategy and its annual goals and objectives.
*Reporting to COO, Supervising Rental and Operation / Maintenance projects.
*Main Functions & responsibilities:
1)Budgeting and Control:
*Monitoring costs and resources in day-to-day activities.
*Responsible for staffing and budgeting projections.
2)Management and Administration:
*Oversees the regional operations and manages its compliance with local legal and regulatory
requirements.
*Evaluates the staff’s performance on a regular basis.
3)Operational Tasks:
*Implementation of operations plans, policies, procedures to achieve the overall goals and
objectives.
*Assists in the revision of operations and maintenance policies, procedures for smooth
operations.
*Improvement of documents design format to enhance and control the operation and
maintenance.
*Oversees the standards to figure out the gaps and improve the standards.
*Taking care of special projects as needed.
*Strict compliance of safe environment and procedures.
4)People Management:
*Ensure effective and timely communication between the subordinates and the superiors.
*Employee development and training programs.
*Policy development and documentation.
*Employee relations, services and safety.
*Compliance to the local regulations and laws.

University Graduate in Mechanical Engineering having passed in the year 1985 from Osmania University, A.P.State, India.
