Project Engineer / Coordinator

Seeking for a challenging position that not use only my existing skills but give me a chance to learn new skills for more improvement and impute new ideas as a Senior Project Engineer Holds a PMP Certificate with 9+ years Experience till date.

As a qualified Architect Holding PMP Certificate I have gained experience in construction supervision, projects Coordinator and Project Management Over 9+ years experience for a range of building projects throughout the GCC & Egypt at project site and technical office, site supervision, Architect, Interior Fit-out, FF&E Architect and Construction detailing. ensuring compliance with planned objectives and to the satisfaction of client, extensive experience in management and coordination tasks among various disciplines and parties concerned to accomplish the required scope and within time and budget, Extensive experience in finishing materials specifications, high class interior finishing works like stone cladding, wooden paneling, Tiling works, carpet works, Ceiling works, Different types of partitions, raised floor works, toilets finishes, sanitary wares and toilets accessories, solving issues related to site coordination between MEP and Architectural finishes, Construction management skills like planning, Progress monitoring against schedule and look heads, monitoring the progress of Engineering and Procurement, tracking material delivery, verifying manpower productivity, defining corrective and preventive actions for any non conformity, in addition to reviewing and checking architectural design and drawing of various types of projects including office buildings, housing, villas, hospital, schools, colleges and governmental buildings.
