Construction Engineer

Approximately 22 years Accumulate Experience in Electrical & Instrument , Mechanical &Piping,in a Field Engineer,Superintendent & Maintenance , involved Petrochemical of the Oil &Gas and Refinery plant,Power plant and Hydro Power plant.

Work with Construction Department to review/discuss plans specification for new customer up-fit Design of central plants utilizing chillers, boilers & cooling tower, constant and variable flow pumping systems, constant and variable flow air handling units, temperature control & energy management systems , piping systems, duct work systems, variable air volume terminal units, water chemical treatment systems, packaged chillers, packaged roof top A/C units and split direct expansion A/C unit systems.
Lead Mechanical/Piping Works(alignment, hydro testing, lube oil flushing, chemical cleaning, pre-commissioning and commissioning)
HVAC Maintenance Technicians to make repairs, modification and alterations to building systems where control function alters the mechanical operation. Maintain preventative maintenance program on all required HVAC equipment
Preparation of erection documentation like Erection Procedures, Erection Inspection and Test Plans (ITPL).
Operation and maintenance of site HVAC equipment(Supply by AXIMA), systems and facility in accordance with existing engineering standards and procedures
Responsible for the O&M manual of Instrument equipment Ensure on time delivery of the electrical engineering documentation according to the valid work instructions with regard to the project and contractual requirements, e.g.:
Preparation of equipment is in compliance with updated mechanical, instrument requirements, standards and codes, as well as Alstom internal guidelines
Coordinate with Planning/Work Preparation section to do planning for shutdown work.
Verification/witnessing of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in the field;
Supervise work of maintenance Troubleshoot I/E issues for all plant areas. Ensure all maintenance work process documentation is properly completed
Conduct evaluation tests on valves, motors, instruments, etc. Research specifications for materials, testing and repair of instrumentation and electrical equipment
