A)Maintenance Department: Senior Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
oSupervision and leadership of owner and contractor personnel to performance all plant maintenance activities
oCooperate with other departments ,especially operational , to ensure the integrity, reliability, and sustainability of mechanical equipments
oSupervision on complying maintenance activities with technical standards , engineering manuals, safety & environmental codes , …
oTroubleshooting , modifying and implementation permanent solutions to mechanical system problems in a timely manner and cost effective approach
oDevelop long range plans for equipment overhauls , review and modify scopes for Turnaround repairs
oReview, edit and rewrite technical materials such as "preventive, maintenance, routine documents (PMR)"," equipment operational and maintenance manuals, instructions and producers " , etc. according to current and previous experiences
oPrepare and present "daily, weekly and monthly reports", "failure analysis investigations", "modification suggestions and advice", etc.
oAttend in regular technical meeting with involved disciplines, present ideas and recommendations, lead discussion to make mutual agreed decisions
B) Construction Department: Supervising Engineer at LLDPE Plant
Responsibilities:
oSupervision on contractor activities in installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of mechanical equipments, packages, piping systems, etc.
oPreparation installation and commissioning "Punch Lists" , expedition required tasks , determine agreed dates ,give technical advice to clear punch list items and compile the turnover dossiers
oCooperate and effective communication with major equipment vendors to accelerate commissioning activities
oReview and provide official response to technical issues raised by contactor like non compliance reports (NCR), design deviation requests, more technical data needs, local purchase requisition,…… and report to designer sector to take advice if needed .
oCheck project daily progress and report to department head
