Engagement Auditor

Seeking a challenging position in accounting, auditing or finance that would utilize my experience and background and provide an opportunity for contributing to the objectives of the organization while enhancing professional growth.

Previous Experience:
Working for three months at TAREK HANAFY accounting office from July 2008 till September 2008

• Working on the daily Journal entry.
• Working on the tax report for the company as all, and worked on the calculation of the taxes and social insurance deducted from the employees.


Current Experience:

 Associate at Ernst and Young- Cairo office, From October 2008 till present.

Responsibilities:
• Participating in the process of understanding the client’s business and evaluating the internal control system in order to assess control risk for the purpose of identifying types of potential misstatements and designing effective substantive tests and internal control audit programs.
• Performing substantive testing including analytical procedures and tests of details of
Transactions
• Reviewing interim and year-end financial statements according to IFRS.
• Proposing adjusting and reclassification journal entries based on our audit of the company’s financial statements.
• Preparation of audit program derived from the institution performance manual and in
compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Assisting in testing controls for the following: Operation department, AFU department (credit cards and loans), letter of Credit and letter of guarantee.
• preparing agreed upon procedures report for KFW program for payment under the disposition of fund.
• Performing an evaluation and assessment of risk management and control practice within the overall banking activity departments.
• Performing an evaluation of the banks credit portfolio

• National Bank of Egypt NBE
• Syngenta Agro Company
• Consolidated contractor company CCC for construction.
• Seenopex oil & Gas Company.
