• Handle the work as project owner responsible for all the activity since PR released onwards until the required material cleared in quality and GRN (good receipt note) posted it includes research of new vendors continuously for different type of Material based on project specification and client requirement , to get the new vendor registered in SAP system and create the new vendor code to release the order ,Expediting , negotiation , follow up for offer and different documents with vendors and coordinate between vendors and different departments of company for any issue .
• Experience of handling the Project of world known Oil companies and EPCS like ADCO, PDO, SAUDI ARAMCO, SINOPEC, TAKREER, GASCO, SAIPEM, BUMI ARMADA ETC.
• Handle the work on SAP by making the RFQ, Purchase order, uploading different documents in DMS and maintain the complete record for all the information required for tracking the exact status of project by using different transactions.
• Handle the expediting at vendor premises to have the complete control for timely delivery of material. With vendors and all departments of company.
• Controlling the work of Making sure that the require goods arrive at pre decided date in agreed quality at the agreed location keeping delivery date of our project in mind.
• Controlling the progress of manufacturing at the supplier concerning quality, packing, conformity with standards and set timelines.
• Controlling the work of Gathering all the required documents and certificates as per client specification like different test certificates, Inspection test plans, drawings, data sheets, order acknowledgement, Performa invoice, packing list etc. and transferring it to the concern departments coordinating with project, procurement logistic and store teams.
• Maintaining and growing the new vendors and long term relationships with them.
