•Familiar in New Tank Construction & Maintenance Project activities includes Desludging, Cleaning, Inspection, Pre-Fabrication, Erection, Welding, Testing, and Painting/Coating etc.
•Familiar with Oil & Gas, Refinery Safety Norms and Regulations to be followed during the Construction and Maintenance activities and actively preached Good safety practices to sub-ordinates to achieve zero accidents besides identifying unsafe conditions and evolving Safe Work Procedures.

Received OND Director’s Award and Shukran Award in 2013 on Successful implementation of LEAN Project – Tank Maintenance Improvement Process for entire North assets in PDO
