Cost & Revenue Reconciliation:

? Project Creation & Generation of Sales Orders & Invoices in ERP Package (SAP R3 Version) ensuring Accuracy & TAT timeliness. (Following US GAAP Principles)

? Provide accurate & current information of revenue & cost reports of each project to
Client Manager, Country Account Delivery Manager and Country financial analyst on
weekly basis.


? Tracking the cost which have to accrued for the month. A clear cost accrual and re-accrual done for the business unit. Tracking & reporting Cost reports for each projects on monthly basis.

? Preparation of Variance Analysis report and reporting to On-site Consultant / Account to have an understanding of detailed Planned & Actual Cost and Revenue for each trainings




? Preparing the cost sheet for the whole APJ business unit for each month and the IC Billing is sent to the each sub-regions by quarter wise.

? Recognizing the revenue of each order after the delivering is done to the customer. Maintaining a proper track on revenue therefore no revenue is missed in a quarter.


? Analysing variable cost information of each training which is provided to the other organisation. Preparing master spread sheet which demonstrates all the cost, revenue, gross profit, operating profit.
