Well versed in International Standards , ASME B31.3,ASME B31.4,ASME B31.8,API 5L, API 598,API 6A, API 6D, ASME B16.5, ASMEB16.9, ASME B16.20, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.47 Codes etc, and Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards for pipe line construction. Works involve in fabrications and erection of Pipe assembles. Mechanical equipment installation from small bore to large bore pipes. Pipe lines installation, hydro testing, shut down system, punch list, re-instatement, welding, underground piping, structural platforms fabrication, erections, and installation, pipe supports / bolt tightening / revision and modification. Elbow layouts. Able to read and interpret drawings such as Isometric drawings, Lay out drawings, general arrangement drawings and P&ID.

•Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from State Board of Technical Educational, Hyderabad, India.
•Board of Secondary Education from Hyderabad, India

Principle responsibility-
•Perform material receiving and inspection of all mechanical materials such as pipes, fittings, valves etc.
•Perform and prepare checklist of inspection of all mechanical material received prior for construction it comply with MTO requirement prior for SAPID inspection.
•Perform inspection of all mechanical activities and all related material before installation like bolt tightening, pigging/ internal cleaning.
•Assure that all materials needed as per design drawing in every location required are in correct specification before installation.
•Monitor QA/QC work, prepare reports and kept records.
•Valves stroking, check and inspection for proper functioning prior to installation.
•Performing materials inspection during delivery, storage and maintenance.
•Prepare procedural documents for hydro testing package, calibration of equipments and maintenance manual as required by the proponent.
•Performs pipe cold bending inspection for bend angle, radius and bend height, pipe coating wrinkling and scratches.
•Assist in performing valves and spools shop hydro testing, and air/leak testing.

•Assist the Project Engineer in the implementation of Piping Systems Installation for Water and Oil Tie-In in accordance with the Scope of Work and Technical Specifications, Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and other related Industry Standards
