Attending and resolving customer queries
Queries related to the supply of fuel to the customer
Queries related to Customer Fuel cards
Queries related to pricing of fuels

Managing operations in BFI (bulk fuel installation) and Retail as per the company’s SOPs.
Receiving of fuel in a bulk through different mode of transportation
Storing of fuel in different kind of bladders and tanks
Transferring of fuel from one point of storage to another
Blending of Aviation fuel and ground fuel with additives
Performing a basic tests (visibility, density and conductivity test)at the time of receiving, issuing and sampling of fuel
Basic Maintenance of pipeline and Hydraulic pumps
Handling all the respective paper work including reporting and filing.
Finalizing of fuel sale transaction prepared by co-coordinators with help of HTT machine
Preparing of reconciliation sheet
Preparing any kind of incident, spill or near miss report
Preparing of spot checks and sending it to our head office at the end of every month.
Rechecking of the entire download, upload and fuel transfer documents prepared by the coordinators.
Delegating responsibilities to the coordinators and operators
Delegating daily checks of entire fuel equipment, fuel bladders and pumps to operators
Delegating responsibility of housekeeping and maintenance to coordinators and operators.
Delegating different kind of field operations(uploading, downloading and fuel transfer) to coordinator and operators
To look after that proper safety majors are taken.
Daily briefings related to operations are delivered to coordinators and operators.
Daily PPE(Personal protective equipments) of coordinators and operators are checked before starting of business
Adopts/comply with COSSH & Risk Assessment
Adhere to Permit to Work Procedures
Tool box talks are delivered on weekly basis to minimize any kind of incidents.
Conduct fire drill on quarterly basis.
Ensure activities completed are fully compliant with the organisations policies,procedures and legal requirements, particularly safety
