Chemical engineer as chemist, project engineer and commissioning enginner

Senior Chemical Engineer (Oct. 2010 – present)
At Garri Combined Cycle Power Plant - (the largest thermal power plant in National Electricity Corporation (NEC), around 500 MW), reported directly to the Operation Manager.

Technically and administratively responsible of the Chemical Engineering department in Power Plants.
•Standard operation and performance of Water Treatment plant, Wastewater treatment plant, Water pre – treatment system, (Clarified water).
• Controlling the quality of treated water, condensate water, boiler water, circulating waters (cooling tower) and close cooling water system.
•Standard operation and performance of sewage treatment plant in the Power Plants & Housing Colony.
•Sampling and dosing systems.
•Responsible of all adequate supply and optimum of chemical consumables, compile and safekeeping of records, as well as responsibility of environmental aspects.
•Proper planning, Budgeting and control for chemical department.
•Organize the functionality of safety facilities in chemical laboratory and chemical storage.
•Maintain laboratory equipment accuracy with proper calibration standard method.
•Safekeeping and updating of documents including procedure and manuals related to chemical department.
•I am an official trainer (part-timer) at Water Resources & Electricity Ministry training center (Um-Haraz training center).
•I am acting Operation Manager when the Operation manager is in vacation or being absent.
