checking of General arrangement drawing, fabrication drawing and Internals drawings of Pressure vessels, Heat Exchanger, Columns, Structural drawings etc, Detail Engineering, Drafting and checking of Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers

• Leading a team of six draftsmen in engineering function.
• To study client datasheet, Applicable specification and standard.
• Preparation of Technical purchase specification for procurement of materials as per client & code requirement.
• Checking of General arrangement drawing, fabrication drawing and Internals drawings of Pressure vessels, Heat Exchanger, Columns, Structural drawings etc as per Mechanical Design, Applicable specifications and standards
• Detail Engineering, Drafting and checking of Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, Column.
• Preparation of Mechanical Design of equipment (Pressure vessels, Heat Exchanger, Columns, etc) as per ASME Section VIII Div.-1, IBR, IS Code by using PV-Elite & Mechanical Design at pre-order stage.
• Subsequent follow up & discussion for drawing approval and technical queries.
• Maintain the documents with Quality as per ISO standards and U stamp procedure.
• Coordinating with drafting team, sub-vendors and shop floor.
• Providing solutions to shop floor queries.
• Co ordination with Sub Vendors for Internals (Demister, Mist Eliminator and Support Grid
• Familiar with International codes like ASME Codes, TEMA, ANSI, IS Codes etc...
• Learning a ASME Section VIII-Div-1.
