Responsibilities
• Preparing proposals after careful analyses of request for proposals (RFPs)
• Preparing and developing project templates and reports documents to be used in the projects.
• Providing training and consultancy services for the implementation of different ISO standards like QMS, EMS, ISMS, FSMS,OHSAS, ISO TS 16949,ISO 17025, ISO 27001, CSR etc. and other standards like SA8000,WRAP, CTPAT etc
• Performing analysis of existing practices of companies and making recommendations for improvements.
• Performing Gap analysis
• Preparing project plans for the implementation of different standards in the light of gap analysis
• Providing continuous support during the implementation of standards in the form of training, advice, focus group discussion, provision of support material, and project team meetings.
• Providing trainings on system implementation and system auditing.
• Designing and documenting the Manuals, Procedures, Process maps etc.
• Planning and conducting 1st party audits (internal audits/assessments) through the employees of organization.
• Providing trainings and conducting focused meetings with the members of ISO implementation team/MR and Internal audit team and Management Review Committee.
• Managing third party audits.
• Providing continuous support to certified organizations.
• Analyzing system performance data using statistical tools.
• Developing technical proposals for bidding related to standard implementation.
• Preparing EMS Aspects and Impacts register through EMS Aspects identification, Impact assessment.
