Bachelor of Science degree with Chemical Engineering over 26 years of experience in Project Management , Process Engineering , Commissioning , start-up operations for oil and gas Plants, offshore Platforms, Refinery.

Project Design , Interface & Construction Management ( 12 years)
Having good working Knowledge in International standards & Codes Like API, ASTM, DNV, UOP, ASME, NFPA , ISO,BS Etc , Perform Process Stimulation through Process software’s.& Involved in design Integrity, Equipment sizing, Generation of PFD, P& ID, Heat & Material Balance , Equipment list, Datasheets, follow-up of Engineering deliverables , Procurement Process Like Raising RFQ, Scope Definition.

Having Involved In basic design & Construction of Oil , Gas & energy Projects and packages like line sizing , selection of Pumps and drivers as per API standard, Vessels sizing for Retention Time, droplet sizing, material selection.. Flow & Pressure drop design calculation for flare systems, PSV & Orifice Sizing using Flare Net Software, Designing Of Sprinkler System, Fire hydrants, in accordance with recommended Standards & Code Practices.

Project Management Procurement & Contract Administration  (14 years)


Coordination with respect to pre-commissioning, commissioning related activities, including developments and updating of specification and procedures .

Co-ordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and test run activities of project from initial planning stage to completion including work of licensors.

To review /follow up of contractor pre-commissioning, commissioning preparations, like plan, procedures, start up sequence, optimization including on construction and pre commissioning priorities.

To liaise with company operation division, to coordinate and monitor the progress of work performed by licensors, engineering and EPC contractors. Identifies any bottlenecks and recommends corrective action to ensure smooth and timely completion of each project.

To ensure safety of work methods , procedures and installation and review site safety audit plans and participate with team of site safety audit implementation.

To participate /follow up outstanding issues, punch list and warranty claims clearance to achieve the project “final acceptance status”.
