• Job responsibilities:

 Currently involve in Coal Mill operations of the plant, as coal is used as a primary fuel for the production at the plant provide to Kiln and Pre Calciner.
 Ensure smooth running of the coal mill and the plant without any unnecessarily stoppage.
 Maintain and ensure normal operations of the coal mill plant by controlling the residue of coal and rejection of the mill.
 Monitor the process in all stages and immediate take action to resolve issues regarding production defects and provide support for production department.
 All operations operated on Avenceon software Schenck Method operated from control room.
 Maintain and control the quality of coal.
 Also may perform Quality Control Proximate Analysis for coal.
 Maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping for work personnel and plant.
 Keep proper record, maintain log books and also make daily production report on M.S Excel software.
