„« Field Diagnostics Check and Remote calibration by using HART 275,375 and 475 hand held Communicator, unomat multi calibrator, Loop Calibrator, pneumatic druck and hydraulic pump, dozzy meter,multimeter and other make standard calibrator.
„« Testing of control valve, ESD valves, hydraulic valves installed with fishers field view (series DVC 6000),ABB, Masoneilan¡¦s SVI-ii Positioner.
„« Wellhead¡¦s Hydraulic valves like SSV,SSSV, Choke Valves function check.
„« Pre-commissioning and functional test of process loop by Interpretation of loop drawing, Instrument cabling & terminations details, Hook-up drawing, P&ID drawings and cause and effect diagram.
„« Vibration sensor like velometer, accelerometer and Proximitor installation.
„« Diagnostics of Various instruments used in petrochemical like radioactive and capacitance type level transmeter and switch, vibration type level switch,load cell weighing transmeter,k-tron powder feeder,Mass and volumetric flow meter of micro motion and E&H,
„« Additional Hands on fire and gas instruments like smoke detector,VESDA system,fusible plug,gas detector of sieger, and routine check-up of analyser system,oxygen and dew transmeter calibration.
