Key Deliverables:

 Responsible for the estimation of man power, resources, materials and consumables for maintenance services & spare parts for various rotating equipments including various types of pumps, compressors, steam turbines, centrifuges, blowers, fans, gear box etc. (Equipments of major manufactures)
 Preparation of scope of work / quotations for the maintenance of various rotating equipments for Oil & Gas, and Energy sector customers in GCC, North African countries, Pakistan & Bangladesh.
 Preparation of Technical / Commercial Service Contracts for major private & government oil companies in the MENA (Major customers - PDO, Canadian Nexen, Total, BP, Suez Oil Company, Qatar Petroleum group of companies, ENOC, EPPCO, Dugas, Emarat, Dubai Petroleum and ADNOC group of companies)
 Coordination with production / maintenance team for the rotating equipment’ services
 Co-ordination between Procurement, Finance, Engineering departments for the preparation of proposals for services / manufacturing.
 Preparation of BOM/RFQs for the services / manufacture of various rotating equipment’s spare parts and liaise with subcontractors and vendors
 Evaluation of Technical/Commercial bids from the suppliers / sub contractors.
 Estimation / quotation preparation for the manufacture of various API 6A, 5A & 7A products for Oil field services (API & ANSI Flanges, Cross overs, drilling spools, DSA etc)
 Preparation of estimation and quotation for bearing refurbishment jobs
 Review of Inspection Reports for Rotating Equipments
 Prepare initial and final contract reviews as per customer requirements, quotation and customer’s order
 Coordinate Kick off, Close out and SWOT meetings for service jobs
 Compliance with HSE policies and Lean sigma/5S system at the work place.
 Lean (5S) auditor

2002-‘06 Bachelors Degree in Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering with 71.86% from Government Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology-Kottayam, Mahatma Gandhi University, India.

2013 – Certified Reliability Professional from Center for Reliability, Chennai, India

2000-’02 Higher Secondary in Science stream with 79.9% from Board of Higher secondary education, Kerala, India
