1-Talk all responsibility for the diesel engine overhaul, service, repair and limited maintenance
2- Take all responsibility for the supervision of
technicians, helpers and other support.
3- Measuring and check main parts like main
bearing, liner,Con. rod bearing and the
rest of the measurement to keep the engine
running without any problems
4- Make coolant and fuel pressure test and pressure test for the block and oil cooler
after dismantle to check the status of major
parts to order the failure parts to gain time
and make all the parts ready before
assemble.
5- Preparing the parts list for complete
overhaul and limited maintenance.
6- Management the workshop and received
the spare parts, tools and Consumables.
9- Preparing a job plan in details to carry out
all the job according to priorities
10- Plan the major required resources, skills,
supervision and co-ordination
14- Estimate correctly the necessary spare parts
to execute the job.
