Project Description : 300km pipe line project in accordance to API5L
Corrosion mapping, Ultrasonic pipe butt weld scanning .Inspection of Constructed LNG Receiving, Storage & Regasification Terminal. Carry out the visual inspection on weld joints and Control. Witnessing for the NDT tests. Radiography film viewing and interpretation as per ASME Code and if repair found as per the NDE Reports, co-ordinate with production to repair weld joints as per approved weld repair procedure

Client : Shobha developer’s ltd,
Project Description : elevator inspection, structural inspection, Lift track inspection, gas pipe line and waste water tank inspection using MPI/LPT/UT. Carry out the visual inspection on weld joints and Control.witnessing for the NDT tests if repair found as per the NDE Reports, Review RT, and UT, MT & PT reports / records and compile for final booklet. Carry out the final inspection, together with Client / Third party Inspector upon completion of all welding works

Project Description : 250km pipe line inspection Ultrasonic Inspector (UTT & weld scan). Carry out the visual inspection on weld joints and Control. Supervise and carryout the RF pad leak test (Pneumatic) and Hydro test as per approved test procedures. Carry out the blasting and painting inspection as per approved procedure. Verifying the dimensions and inspecting the alignment of pipes
Carry out the final inspection, together with Client / Third party Inspector upon completion of all welding works
