Offshore Electrical Maintenance Technician

Commissioning

 Installation, Pre commissioning, Commissioning and exposure to electrical maintenance of oil & gas and Petrochemical and Refinery Plant.
 Onshore, Offshore CPP, commissioning activity.
 Maintenance and trouble shooting of Petrochemical Refinery plant electrical equipments.
 Maintenance and Operation of Circuit breakers (GCB, VCB, ACB, MCB).
 Knowledge of preventive, Breakdown and Annual maintenance.
 Familiar of Plant safety and work permit system.
 Inspection/Confirmation Completion of all electrical panel such as; 11KV, 6.6KV, 3.3KV, 415V Distribution Board and motor control center prior to commissioning.
 Responsible of Electrical Operation maintenance work. Installation of motor controls involved wiring and termination including.
 Testing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment in power System.
 Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report and power plant and process plant.
 Testing and commissioning of control & relay panel for Generator,
 Testing and commissioning of power control centre and motor control centre.
 Over current and earth fault relays.
 Knowledge of Generator Protection, Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection, Bus Bar protection, Motor protection, and synchronizing scheme.
 Testing of CT, PT , Circuit breaker, switch gear and Power Transformer.
 HV, LV and VSD Power Transformer Testing and Commissioning.
 Trouble shooting of all Electrical circuits, control and protection circuits
 Co-ordination with client in As Built Scheme drawing submission, test report submission.
 As build cable schedule submission and all site activity to satisfy the customer
 Heat tracing cable testing and panel Energize and Equipment Energization.
 HV Motor and LV motors Solo Run.
 HVAC System Unit Cable and motor Loop checking and motor Insulation testing and Motor IR testing and Energization.
 HV, LV, and Power Board Panel Schematic Loop Checking.
 UPDB and DCUP Panel Schematic checking and Commissioning.

 NTC-3 - Singapore.
 Skills Evaluation Certification-Singapore.
 Diploma in Computer Applicant(DCA)-India
 Provisional National Apprenticeship Certificate - India.
 National Trade Certificate - India.
 Typewriting English (Junior Grade).
