Piping Mechanical Inspector/Supervisor

Over twenty years of experience in the industrial sector in the preparation, prefabrication, erection & installation, lifting and inspection of pipes, tanks, vessels, skids, rotating machines (pumps, fans, exhaust fans, turbines and compressors), columns , boilers, structural to:

 EPC, refineries, power plants, geothermal, chemical, metalsheet’s treatment, food sector, pharmaceutical , hydraulic test, commissioning, mechanical complition.
 Delivery of fit-up for welding at 100% x-rays of all types of steels and thickness, in collaboration with welding supervisor as per WPS procedures, purging gas equipments, reliefs on site, knowledge API, ASME, full knowledge of DWGs isometrics, P&ID, plants, red-Line, tie-In, PTW & tric-card, reports and special tasks always following the role of the HSE.
 Excellent production results in line with the parameters of the safety. Onshore and offshore .
In addition, two years of great, hard and interesting experience of logistic and materials coordination as:
 inventory, warehouse, storage, project materials, consumables, PPE, general service, logistics, lifting to construction, planning, installation, loading and unloading cargo, shipping-receiving materials via helicopter + icebreaker, every activity performed as procedure, expeditor on defined targets, team leader as Offshore Logistics & Material Coordinator in Kazakhstan Mega Project.
 Fluent english, MS Office, PTW LEVEL 2, SWAH, CSE, H2S,Bosiet- Basic Offshore Security and Evacuation Training, HSE Training, Competent Supervisor Training, Diploma Qualify Mechanical, Leadership, Excellent collaborator.
