I am a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager with a wealth of qualifications and experience across all facets of multibillion dollar civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, marine and pipeline works in mining, infrastructure and heavy industry environments.
I possess diverse experience in end-to-end management of short and long term minor and major works; and a demonstrated capacity to engage and manage small and large cross - functional teams of employees and subcontractors across multiple sites. The breadth of my experience and hands on approach has allowed me to develop and demonstrate a versatility and highly accountable approach to project management.
My professional written and verbal communication skills ensure a strong ability to communicate with internal stakeholders, prime and sub - contractors and clients to ensure project deliverables are continually achieved.
Possessing practical experience from solution and schedule design, estimating and tendering through to team, supplier, practical and commercial contract management, I hold a reputation as a strategic business and project manager, astute financial tactician and motivating leader within my industry.
