Major Responsibilities Of Associate Engineer Civil
• Assist and coordinate with resident or senior engineer for the management and supervision of structural and civil aspects of the project.
• Check and assure proper sequencing of the works at site in reference to the construction drawing and approved method statement.
• Carry-out regular site inspection for all civil and structural permanent works for specification and drawing compliance.
• Maintain a good understanding of the project priorities and programs.
• Attend weekly, monthly and other progress meetings held at the site as required.
• Assist in preparing the progress report for the project as required or any other report that is requested.
• Review the progress of the works, identify constraints and recommend corrective measures.
