My job objective is to successfully lead a team of engineers & other resources for value contribution on assigned project/activities related to design engineering aspects. This way achieve global recognition.

Overall I have 19 plus years global experience in the project management across various industries. Projects executed as on date were small to complex type. I have excellent experience in design, installation, testing (factory & site), commissioning & maintenance of RTUs, BCUs, DCS, and SCADA systems/equipments. I am department head for Electrical and Instrumentation & Control group with present organisation (Black & Veatch Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai India) leading 26 engineers other than 10-15 project team members.

Presently my responsibilities while leading multidisciplinary global team (s) for U.S.A. and UK regions during the overall project management and quality control (ISO 9001:2008 compliance) includes: Team building, managing the project scope, schedules, budget, project & design risks identification & mitigation, resources planning, communication/co-ordination with project programme manager, across project design team (s) and counterparts (internal clients abroad US, UK- includes process engineering, project management & control, planning & land purchase, geotechnical, procurement, H&S dept (CDM-C), site team & senior management), procurement support, quality control, leading design review meetings with chief engineers and final client during various phases of the project, provide construction and takeover documentation delivery support.
